In2action worked closely with Center Parcs to refresh and enhance the activity provision for children and families. We undertook a comprehensive review across the Center Parcs Estate, including the development of the activity programme at the brand new Woburn Forest Village.

We devised an exciting, on-brand and unique activity concept to reflect the outstanding facilities and superb environment offered at Center Parcs. We implemented brand new, tailor-made activities for specific age groups and reworked many existing activities to improve the planning, preparation, session content and guest delivery.

 

In2action also designed and delivered a series of training courses in Customer Service and Activity Training Delivery. Over 500 Center Parcs employees trained by us resulted in outstanding feedback. We continue to collaborate closely with the Center Parcs Estate on auditing, training and activity concepts to ensure activities today continue to make a positive impact in the future.
