CASE STUDIES
First Choice Holidays
In 2005 we formed a working partnership with FIRST CHOICE HOLIDAYS to develop and deliver safe, fun and highly memorable activity experiences for all their guests staying at their Holiday Villages in Europe. In addition, we were also asked to deliver excellent care to very young children, aged 12 - 36 months.
Within 4 months we had created dynamic activity programmes for children and adults at all the resorts and undertaken a programme to recruit and train around 85 activity and crèche staff.
During 2005 we delivered and managed a safe and highly successful activity and crèche programme, creating superb guest feedback and consistently high satisfaction scores.
Into 2008 the partnership has expanded to include further resorts worldwide and is set to continue with an ever increasing range of activities and resorts.

Park Resorts
Since 2005 In2action have also worked with Park Resorts, a leading operator of British Holiday Parks with 35 great family parks around the UK. Every year In2action provides consultancy, innovative session development and bespoke staff training services to Park Resorts in order to enhance the Park Resorts guest programme for families and children.
