After discussing your objectives in detail we will prepare an outline of the course and activities that we feel would best achieve your goals and then work closely with you to develop and deliver training that aims to exceed your expectations.

In2action were established in 2004 and our Senior Team have over 50 years combined experience in developing and delivering high quality and successful activity based team building and motivational courses.
Using activities to build teams
The use of adventure activities within development programmes is well proven and provides outstanding opportunities for exploring and developing effective teamwork. In addition to developing the direct benefits of team working and leadership skills, staff can also gain a mutual sense of achievement and motivation, helping to produce a more motivated and effective team.
Adventure activities provide a superb environment in which to challenge both individuals and teams. Setting personal and team goals, allowing individuals to experience the pressures of time and resource management, information gathering and problem solving in an unfamiliar setting all have direct links to the processes and issues that teams have to deal with in all types and sizes of organisations.
