  • Canvas Holidays

In2action began working with Canvas Holidays in 2007, when they completed a consultancy and concept design project, which culminated in the creation of the Family Extra product. Differentiating Canvas from its industry competitors, the innovative Family Extra activity and kids club programme began on 5 of Canvas’s flagship sites.

Outsourced to In2action as a ‘full service', In2action operate all parts of the product alongside Canvas, and take responsibility for all aspects of the operation, from activity programming, equipment purchasing, staff recruitment, training and finally the auditing and management of the product.

Proving a huge hit with the customers, and beating all previous customer service scores, the Family Extra product grew, and In2action are now operating 12 Family Extra campsites across the Canvas Holidays estate.

During 2013 and 2014, In2action worked closely with Center Parcs to refresh and enhance the activity provision for children and families. In2action carried out a detailed review of the current offer across the Center Parcs estate, including support in development of the activity programme at the brand new Woburn Forest Village

In2action then submitted proposals and recommendations for creating an exciting, on-brand and unique activity concept, worthy of the outstanding facilities and superb environments offered at Center Parcs. As well as designing and implementing brand new and specially designed activities for specific age groups, In2action also reworked many existing activities to improve the planning, preparation, session content and guest delivery.

To ensure that the new activity concepts and content were successfully implemented across the Center Parcs estate, In2action then designed and delivered a series of training courses in Customer Service and Activity Training Delivery. The feedback from over 500 Center Parcs employees trained by In2action was outstanding. In2action are currently delighted to be planning with Center Parcs an ongoing involvement in auditing, training and refreshing activities across the Center Parcs estate to ensure that the work carried out continues to have a positive impact for many years to come.

    What our clients say

In2action have been magnificent for us as a business. Our children?s offer was feeling dated and our regular guests were asking for something new and more interactive. They came in, did a full assessment, including guest research with our team and produced a very relevant and 'on brand' proposal which we have since adopted. We have moved from the old 'Time out club' to a new and much more relevant 'Activity Den'. The programme is now almost fully rolled out and the reaction from both guests and staff has been amazing. New concept, new branding, new programme and new training.

It has been a pleasure working with In2action as they truly wanted to understand us and our needs rather than just another "off the shelf" programme.

I would highly recommend them to any Leisure company looking to refresh the offer and bring a new approach to a children?s programme.

In2action has been working with First Choice Holidays since 2005. Originally, In2action was brought on board to assist with developing the brand new Holiday Village concept. In2action worked closely with First Choice to design a differentiated and industry busting activity and childcare concept to be implemented into all Holiday Villages, which was a huge hit with the customers, and went on to become a premium product within the First Choice holiday portfolio. Since 2005, In2action have been providing a ‘full service’ to First Choice, designing and reviewing activity programmes, and dealing with all aspects of the staff recruitment, staff training and management of the large worldwide activity and childcare operations. From operating within 4 Holiday Villages in 2005, the concept has rapidly grown, and In2action now operate within 11 villages around the world.

  • Hoseasons

In2action worked alongside Hoseasons in 2008 on the design of the unique GO Active concept, which was implemented at 5 UK Holiday Parks in 2009. Go Active consists of an exclusive group of UK Parks, that run a programme of innovative skills, fun and fitness based activities for their holiday customers. In2action work with Hoseasons each year to design the activity programmes, as well as design and deliver a specialist staff training course for new and returning staff from all the GO Active sites. In2action complete audits to assist new sites with set up, as well as annual safety and quality audits to ensure the sites are operating consistently and safely across the GO group. GO Active sites holiday sales are consistently higher than those in similar Hoseasons sites, and sites receive an incremental revenue stream through the payable activity sales. In2action now work with all 16 sites within the GO Active portfolio.

    What our clients say

I have used In2action for 3 seasons now and I must admit that in all of my 25 years in the caravan industry they are probably one of the best coaches and training deliverers that I have come across. My team love Tim and his enthusiasm, which is infectious and always look forward to him delivering our sessions. We use him more widely than just Leisure, in fact all areas of the business where we deal with our customers, even our grounds team.

As a 5 star  Park we work hard to stay ahead and deliver excellence and Tim is a big part of that. I would certainly recommend In2action services to add value to your business.
