Apply with a Friend

You and your friend could earn up to £100 starting bonus each!!!

This scheme is available for anyone who is applying new to In2action in 2018. Yourself and your friend must  fit with the following terms and conditions.

Both yourself and your friend must:

  • Hold a valid Level 3 or equivalent early year’s childcare qualification.
  • Be a new staff member to In2action in 2018.
  • Take a position which requires a Level 3 early years childcare qualification.
  • Be available to attend an In2action Assessment Programme in either March or April.
  • Pass the Assessment Programme.
  • Travel out to their place of work in March or April to start their employment contract.
  • Accept an employment contract until 31st October 2018 in an overseas hotel .

Payment:

The payment for the starting bonus will be paid once you have both completed a minimum of 8 weeks of employment.
