Are you ready to reopen?

So many aspects to consider! Could you do with some fully trained seasonal staff delivered to your door?

How many times have we been asked that question in our lives? Shouted from the bottom of the stairs, texted to a group chat, whispered before some of the biggest and scariest moments… we’ve all asked it, and have all been asked it.

Now seems a pertinent time to ask it once again. In today’s climate with the world changing around us on what feels like an hourly basis, have we taken the time to ask ourselves; “are you ready? Ready to continue on post COVID-19 and through the difficulties that still lie ahead – and ready commercially to succeed in an unknown future?"

Perhaps you are reading this with your Opening Checklist attached to an email ready to send, or perhaps you are reflecting on what changes and tweaks will need to be applied to your business to make it safe and successful for the remainder of 2020 and beyond. It’s going to be a quick turnaround for all of us in the activity industry, with government guidance changing regularly and our ability to provide normal services dictated by health regulations and safety measures, so there’s lots to do and just a short space of time to do it in.

And that’s without even thinking about who is going to staff your shiny, new, post-COVID facility!

It might be time to call for backup – we are all in this together, after all – and at In2action we have the ability to parachute in some fully-trained staff to your business on both long and short term contracts. Whether you need a pair of hands to tide you over so you can concentrate on getting back on your feet, or you’d like a ready-made team to jump in, we can help. Because right now, people matter – and we believe in people.
