In2action worked with Haven to focus in on their customer service training and in 2017 In2action delivered our outstanding training package ‘Activities to Inspire’ to all of Havens new starter activity staff.
As well as several other training courses for returning staff, lifeguards and top up staff. In2action also trained the staff in activities such as Fencing and Balance Bikes.
Haven own and operate 37 Holiday Parks in the UK, catering for all customer types and incorporating a huge range of leisure activities for their customers to enjoy.
Following this success In2action have been asked to work with Haven in 2018 to continue with the Activities to Inspire Training and several other specific training needs.
