Recommend a Friend
By recommending a friend you could earn up to £250!!!
This scheme is available for any person who is currently employed or has previously been employed by In2action. The staff member you recommend must fit with the following terms and conditions.
The recommended staff member must:
- Hold a valid Level 3 or equivalent early year’s childcare qualification.
- Be a new staff member to In2action.
- Take a position which requires a Level 3 early years childcare qualification.
- Be available to attend an In2action Assessment Programme starting in either March or April.
- Pass the Assessment Programme.
- Travel out to their place of work in March or April to start their employment contract.
- Accept an employment contract until 31st October 2018 in an overseas hotel.
The payment for recommending a friend will take part in three stages. The payment will be made to the person who recommended the Team Member.
- The first payment of £100 will be paid once the recommended staff member has arrived at their site to start their employment contract.
- The second payment of £100 will be paid once the recommended staff member has completed their first 8 weeks of employment .
- The final payment of £50 will be paid once the recommended staff member has completed their contract.
