Recommend a Friend
By recommending a friend you could earn up to £250!!!
The staff member you recommend must fit with the following terms and conditions.
The recommended staff member must:
- Hold a valid Level 3 or equivalent early year’s childcare qualification.
- Be a new staff member to In2action.
- Take a position which requires a or Level 3 early years childcare qualification.
- Be available to attend an In2action Assessment Programme starting in either March or April.
- Pass the Assessment Programme.
- Travel out to their place of work in March or April to start their employment contract.
- Accept an employment contract until 31st October 2019 in an overseas hotel.
The payment for recommending a friend will take part in three stages. The payment will be made to the person who recommended the Team Member.
- The first payment of £100 will be paid once the recommended staff member has arrived at their site to start their employment contract.
- The second payment of £100 will be paid once the recommended staff member has completed their first 8 weeks of employment .
- The final payment of £50 will be paid once the recommended staff member has completed their contract.
