Recommend a Friend

By recommending a friend you could earn up to £250!!!

The staff member you recommend must fit with the following terms and conditions.

The recommended staff member must:

  • Hold a valid Level 3 or equivalent early year’s childcare qualification.
  • Be a new staff member to In2action.
  • Take a position which requires a or Level 3 early years childcare qualification.
  • Be available to attend an In2action Assessment Programme starting in either March or April.
  • Pass the Assessment Programme.
  • Travel out to their place of work in March or April to start their employment contract.
  • Accept an employment contract until 31st October 2019 in an overseas hotel.

Payment:

The payment for recommending a friend will take part in three stages. The payment will be made to the person who recommended the Team Member.

  • The first payment of £100 will be paid once the recommended staff member has arrived at their site to start their employment contract.
  • The second payment of £100 will be paid once the recommended staff member has completed their first 8 weeks of employment .
  • The final payment of £50 will be paid once the recommended staff member has completed their contract.
