Please find below a list of FAQ:

Do I need to attend an interview?

The first stage of the process is a short skype interview. If successful you'll be invited to attend our online webinar to get a bit more information about the company and your role, as well as meeting some of your potential new colleagues. Following that, we’ll confirm your employment and invite you to the onsite training course.

I already have a CRB check, do I need another one?

If you've signed up and paid for the new DBS Updated service we’ll need you to provide us with some details to carry out your check. If you've not signed up to this service, we will carry out an enhanced disclosure check for every employee. We'll send you forms and details of how to complete this.

How much money do I need for the assessment / training course?

Your food and accommodation are provided, so all you need is pocket money for any snacks or drinks you want to buy.

I'm not very fit, will this affect my assessment?

The assessment period is active, but we have no minimum fitness requirements.

I want to apply with my partner/ friend, is this possible?

All applications are welcome, however each individual is offered a position on their own merits.

What sort of accommodation do I stay in?

You’ll be provided with sharing accommodation units that are modern, comfortable and clean. Living on site is great fun and you’ll make some fantastic friends along the way.

Are there opportunities to develop my career?

Yes. Our well-structured management development programme runs every year for motivated and enthusiastic staff keen to progress. We also have opportunities across other sites and operations through our various industry partners.
