Overseas Hotels Activity Supervisor

This role is available in the bigger Holiday Villages and is an assistant role to the Activity Manager. The role assists in all aspects of ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and to a high standard.

Duties will include office duties such as creating noticeboards, writing timetables and weekly reports to helping with the staff team and conducting one2ones. Safety is the most important  aspect of the role and the Activity Supervisor will be required to complete safety checks and ensure the operation when being observed follows safety standards.

Activity Supervisors are also expected to oversee that operation in the absence of the manager.

Candidates for this role should have a good knowledge and experience of working with children and running activities. Supervisory experience is also a useful skill to have.
