We are looking for experienced candidates to take on a supervisory role working in our UK Adventure operation. This role will involve leading a small team of activity team members, to ensure we deliver unforgettable and exceptional residential activity experiences to every child and adult who travels with us.
The UK Adventure Supervisor will deliver activities along with their team and will work primarily with school groups aged 8 - 14 years, delivering a wide range of exciting adventure activities, including: archery, tree climbing, body zorbing, fencing, team games, problem solving and a whole range of evening activities. The role will involve performing other duties such as assisting and supervising mealtimes, patrolling accommodation areas in the evenings and being on call for emergencies during the night.
The successful candidate will have additional responsibilities such as liaising with the on site management team, ensuring a high level of safety and quality of activities and being the key contact for teachers.
Candidates should have excellent activity knowledge as well as proven leadership and communication skills.
Training for this position will be in February and the job will start in March or April and continue until the end of July. Following this, further employment will be found within an area of our operation. The position will depend on what is available at the time. Though we will strive to use Adventure Manager's to their full potential in a senior role, we cannot guarantee this, as this will depend on availability and company operations at the time.
