  • We’ll explore your team’s Positive Personal Qualities and how they can bring their best self to work.
  • Delegates will be challenged to consider what they are communicating - both verbally and non-verbally.
  • Improving Personal Effectiveness will be explored and hints and tips given.
  • We’ll look at the Internal Customers We Work With and how they should be communicated with, how to build relationships and maintain them.
  • Teams will discuss Influencing People and its importance as well as looking at their Interpersonal Skills.
  • Finally, we’ll discuss their Mini Me and how they can continue Maintaining the Standards they’ve learned through their course.
