The first stage of the process is a short skype interview. If successful you'll be invited to a six-day assessment course, where you're assessed on different criteria, learn insight about the business, meet some new peopel and make some fantastic new friends.
If you've signed up and paid for the new DBS Updated service we do require you provide us with some details to carry out your check. If you've not signed up to this service, in2actions policy is to carry out an enhanced disclosure check for every employee. We'll send you forms and details of how to complete this.
Your food and accommodation are provided for during training, so all you need is pocket money for any snacks or drinks you want to buy.
No, The assessment period is active, but we have no minimum fitness requirements.
All applications are welcome, however each individual is offered a position on their own merits.
Yes, following successful completion of the 5 / 6 day assessment, you'll move straight into a training period. You normally start work straight away.
You'll receive some days off during your training, to be confirmed after your assessment course.
When working in the UK you'll be provided with sharing accommodation units that are moden, comfortable and clean. Living on site is great fun and you’ll be guaranteed to make friends for life.
UK staff accrue paid holidays at the rate of 2 days for every completed month's service. All accrued holiday days must be taken before the end of contract and you may be required to take them at times laid down by the company. For most staff this means that you're only required to work 5 1/2 days per week as the other 1/2 day is accrued holiday.
