Who is it for?

Our concierge Training course is for customer-facing staff in any business setting.

What is a concierge?

As a role specifically designed to attend to the needs of customers, concierges work within the hospitality industry, predominantly in hotels, but also in high-end office and apartment blocks too. They assist guests, residents, and customers in finding what they need both inside and outside the building, from handling mail and luggage, to booking transport, helping with directions, and even arranging trips.

Concierge training courses are important because it’s essential to not only equip future concierges with the skills they need to carry out the role confidently and remain a credit to their organisation, but also to prepare them for the breadth of their duties too. The level of service expected of them will be high, so it’s important to ensure that those heading into a career as a concierge possess the excellent communication skills, natural ability to build rapport, and the adaptability needed to soar within this role.

Benefits

Increased quality of customer service

Efficient customer service that also looks and feels effortless to guests will improve satisfaction, which will reflect well in reviews and feedback - what better advert for your business?

Improved guest retention

By providing the kind of bespoke service that remains memorable to your guests, you’re more likely to see them again and again, as they go away feeling respected, looked after, and like nothing is too much trouble.

A well represented luxury brand

Often, the concierge is the first and last touch a customer has with your brand, so in order to make a good impression and ensure it’s one that lasts, concierge courses can give your team a rounded understanding of the importance of their role, and the reflection they can have on your brand.

Better employee morale

Staff that feel well-prepared enough to carry out their role with confidence are likely to be more engaged with you as an employer, and contribute to a positive working culture.
