Focusing on maintaining their well-known excellent standards, Go Ape began work with us at In2action to gather insights from across the industry and create an innovative training and monitoring system to match their outstanding product.

Approaching its 40th year of operations, Camp Beaumont wanted to expand on what made them a brilliant adventure provider. Seeking ways to strengthen their school holiday experiences through stellar programme design and activity provision, herein would be the start of a highly successful partnership with In2action.

In2action designed a customer experience and service recovery training workshop for Active Northumberland, which we trained to all staff from the CEO and senior team down.

Wight Fibre observed In2action running a Customer Service training workshop for the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce and approached us to design and deliver a bespoke “Because we care” customer service workshop.

In2action has been instrumental in the activity provision and training journey of Center Parcs for over a decade, imparting knowledge and skills in activity concepts, design, delivery, and customer service.

In2action have worked with Parkdean Resorts since 2018, providing a range of consultancy, training delivery, and design services across their 67 UK locations.

In2action worked closely with Forest Holidays to re-design their customer service concept and training. 

In2action and Simpson Travel have been working together over the past years to ensure the highest quality of experiences for all Simpson Travel guests.

In2action have specialised in creating activity concepts and programmes within the Camping and Caravanning industry and were approached by Eurocamp and Al Fresco to provide activities on a showcase site over the course of a summer. 

The ‘Holiday Village’ concept that In2action designed for TUI had the highest guest return rate out of all First Choice products, and was consistently high scoring for customer service scores.
