Our ‘Mystery Shopper’ visits highlight highs and lows in any activity operation. In2action’s Auditing Systems are designed to review venues and organisations providing activity services. We present constructive feedback and make recommendations across all aspects of your operation. Audits can include staff training, staff delivery, guest interaction, activity equipment and environment, operating procedures, equipment storage and maintenance. We provide a comprehensive report and make recommendations for future action required.
