Creative Activity Concepts for Eurocamp and Al Fresco

In2action have specialised in creating activity concepts and programmes within the Camping and Caravanning industry and were approached by Eurocamp and Al Fresco to provide activities on a showcase site over the course of a summer. 

In2action sourced a staff team and engaged them for the summer period, as well as creating a bespoke activity programme for the site including a variety of high-profile activities and a dedicated toddler programme. In2action provided all paperwork and procedures for the safe operation of the site and programme, as well as sourcing the equipment required. The activity team were remotely managed by In2action and a number of set up and audit visits took place over the course of the season too. In2action were also involved in an in-person training course for all the management teams across the Eurocamp product, ensuring their teams could deliver activities to the best of their ability at all times. 

More recently, In2action were asked to provide an online training module for the Eurocamp and Al Fresco management teams, focussing on the way they manage their staff teams on-site and how to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers, not only on activities but throughout their break. This module was designed to inspire managers to create the best possible working environment for their teams whilst focussing on their own management skills to assure excellence across the board.
