Who is it for?

Our Level 1 and Level 3 safeguarding training courses are suitable for people in various settings. Whether you are working in a professional environment, part of an activity group, or involved in any situation where you may come into contact with children or vulnerable adults, our safeguarding courses offer invaluable insights.

We believe in the importance of early education and awareness, which is why the minimum age requirement for participation is set at 14, encouraging young individuals to develop a strong foundation in safeguarding principles from an early stage.

What is safeguarding?

Safeguarding is a process that ensures the protection of vulnerable individuals like children, young people, and vulnerable adults from abuse, harm, and neglect. This process involves identifying and addressing any potential risks and dangers these individuals could face within their environment.

Safeguarding is essential as it protects vulnerable individuals such as children, the elderly, and those with disabilities from harm. It ensures they have a safe environment to live in where their well-being and dignity are respected. By ensuring effective safeguarding measures are in place, potential harm can be avoided.

What to expect

Our safeguarding courses offer comprehensive training at both Level 1 and Level 3 covering essential aspects to equip participants with the knowledge and skills they need to ensure the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals.

Following the course, attendees will be issued a qualification and certificate based on the course level completed. Although the qualification doesn’t have an expiry date, refresher training and keeping up to date with changing policies, procedures and legislation through ongoing CPD is vital.

We also have other training course including managing challenging behaviour, customer engagement, hospitality service training and much more. If you need any help please get in touch with us today and a member of the team will be on hand to help you.
